58Christmas Christmas everyday! without fail comes gift to young and old,orphan and cold,its the universal celebration.A holiday which brings famaily and freinds together.
Christmas mornings are the best fever in a home, the mix spices of mince pies,home made fruit cakes and warm drink.Family gathering around christmas trees, exchange of gift. Lovely christmas decors with each name engraved on the tree, not forgetting the christmas biscuits adorably hanged onto the branches, just waiting to be slipped into little mouths..
The air is thick and snowy, people moving around singing their christmas song, Friends huggin, kissing and rejoicing, the magic spell of christmas is like a contageous act of God.
Looking out of my living room window, I see a little girl holding onto her received gift from a couple.The anxiousness and eagerness to get to somewhere is exhibited in front of my home, its like magic, as I watch this little toddler trying to open up her gift, it made me think how lucky she was, this picture to me was so incomplete left me guessing, was she related or was she just a kid on the road got lucky by this couple?
Some questions go unanswered, Miracle, the angels were doing their job and I happen to be the witness to this miracleous gesture.
After all Christmas is bout giving to others and making them happy.
This touched my heart and I went back into my living room and watched my little ones playing with their christmas gift, the twins looked happy and as I joined my family, my husband and I, we hugged together and thought How lucky we all were and that we looked forward to many more in the future.

ps - dont forget the children on the street, as angels too get tired and their wings from flying all over the world..

this is nice, I just had a conversation with my college friends yesterday after a carol group sang for our mini reunion that most of us don't really feel the Christmas spirit anymore. It's a bit sad but we attribute it mainly to being so busy. Thankfully though all my childhood memories and the excitement I used to feel for Christmas always comes back to me whenever I hear Christmas songs and read things like these. It's nice to be reminded I'm supposed to be happy this season haha :)

This hub is exactly how I feel and what I would love to do for people. Christmas is such a special Holiday to everyone and to just be able to give and not expect anything in return is how I was brought up and still live by this to this day. The little girl that you saw through your window must of been so happy with the kind gesture from that so thoughtful and wonderful couple.
To bring a smile to ones face is absolutely priceless.
God Bless you and your family and enjoy your twins happy faces on Christmas Day. My children are all grown now, but they still put that priceless smile on when they open their gifts on Christmas Morning. :)
